Knowing the world

I love to traveling and meeting many different cultures and people. That is the reason because now I live here, in Chile.
In the 2000 I traveled to Australia for 45 days, I visited Sydney and Brisbane. The Australian’s people are very nice. Also I visited Unites States in 1997, I liked Washington and New York, but I really disliked Miami, maybe because I had high expectation.
In the future I would like to travel for Italy, especially to know Lombardia, because the grandfather of my grandfather was Italian and I feel a connection with this country. On facebook I connected whit some of my family in Italy and my “cousin” Marco told me that he can accompany me to see the country.
When I am in Italy I want to breathe the air and imagine my ancestor felt. Also I like to learn to speak Italian, now I know some words, but not enough. I feel that knowing a language is learning the culture.

I hope that someday soon I walk through the land of my ancestors.

    I think that to have family around the world is great, you are lucky for that. You must go to Italy to know to your Italian family soon! :) I love the language and the culture from that country, it’s really beautiful.

    Hi Evangelina! I think that Italy is a beautiful country, and is great that you have a special conection with it. I don´t know so much about Lombardía, maybe one day you can tell mi more about that place.

    You say, "this is why" not "this is the reason because".

    Also, talk about "Australian people" and "I would like to travel to Italy".

    Say, "imagine HOW my ancestor felt" and "I would like to speak Italian"
