This new is about the plastic surgery in UK and in France, and provides the data to support the conclusions.
First, the reporter suggests that breast implants are in vogue. Refers over 70,000 women that in both countries are estimated to have the implants created by the Poly Implant Prothese, this is a company which was shut down last year.
